Zaid Darbar and Gauahar Khan were blessed with a baby boy on Wednesday (May 10). The couple announced the news on social media. Sharing a joint statement, they wrote, "It's a boy. Assalaaualaikum Beautiful world, says our bundle of joy, Arrived May 10 2023 to make us realise what happens truly means. Our blessed boy thanks everyone for their love and prayers. Grateful and giggling new parents- Zaid and Gauahar."

After the announcement, congratulatory messages poured in for the couple. Anushka Sharma commented, 'Congratulations,' along with several emojis, Dia Mirza wrote,' Congratulations.' Extending her wishes, Sugandha Mishra wrote, 'Many many Congratulations to both of you .. lots of luv to the lil one.'

Anita Hassanandani, Mahhi Vij, Sameera Reddy, Vikrant Massey, Sunil Grover, and Ankush Bahuguna, among others, have extended their warm wishes to the new parents.

Gauahar Khan and Zaid Darbar tied the knot on December 25 2020. They announced their pregnancy in December last year with a heartfelt Instagram post.
