Ankur Warikoo, a renowned entrepreneur and motivational speaker, again highlights for his weight loss journey. Ankur Warikoo, who turned 43 took to social media to share how he shackled 10 kg in just 12 months to get a lean body. But apart from this the most shocking fact during his weight loss journey that makes everybody surprised, he said that didn't compromise on “chole bhature and sweets”.
In his weight loss journey, he follows the simple and basic steps to lose weight without compromising his favorite food. According to him, weight loss works on a simple principle of tracking the calories “consumed” and “burned”. The only way to lose weight in the body is to get a calorie deficit. Consuming fewer calories and spending more.
Along with this, Warikoo also shared his diet plan, which includes whey protein, nuts, paneer, eggs, fruits, pulses, vegetables and curd etc. he openly shares that apart from this diet he ate chole bhature and sweets- those were not rare, but quite common. Further Warikoo who is an eggetarian shares his schedule, consumes his first meal at 9:00 am, and eats nothing after 6:30 pm.
According to Warikoo, only a good diet plan is not enough to achieve good health. A good physique requires consistency, a good sleep of a minimum of 7 hours in a day, lifting weights to avoid a skinny body, a stress-free mind, etc. In addition to this Warikoo said that he used “same meal” mostly to keep “calories math in mind”.
As we know Ankur turned 43 and at this age, it becomes a little bit difficult to lose weight. But he achieved it successfully. His story can motivate others to embrace a healthier lifestyle without feeling the need to completely give up their favorite foods.
