Tejasswi Prakash Shares Mantra For Successful Relationship: "Do Anything, Do Something Stupid, Travel..."

Tejasswi Prakash, who is currently busy promoting her show, 'Celebrity Masterchef' has opened up about her relationship with Karan Kundrra and shared her mantra of a successful relationship.

"A Relationship Is A Lot Of Work..."

In an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla, Tejasswi said, "A relationship is a lot of work. I see these couples who don't even talk to each other. Probably, just make one phone call a day. It's not about the trust. It is about just taking the relationship for granted that you don't miss the other person. You don't want to hear their voice? It's not about that. If I call my partner, it is because I am doubting him. It's just because I want to hear his voice or just have a normal video call for 10 seconds. To me, it is very weird."

"Two People Are Not Obsessed With Each Other"

She added, "Two people are not obsessed with each other because then there is no fun to it. They should be on your mind, and if they are not on your mind, think she must be doing her thing, or he must be doing her thing. I feel it's just a defence mechanism of just not being interested in calling them because they don't interest you or there is no excitement, or they are actually bored of each other."

Talking further, she also said how it's "not necessary" to get bored of each other or not be excited talking or meeting each other when two people are dating for so long. Giving tips on how to maintain the spark, she said, "Do anything, do something stupid, travel, do anything; if nothing, just fight with each other (kalesh hi karlo), but just do something. It shouldn't be like dead, like we know we love each other, no one will do anything wrong, so it's okay; it shouldn't be like this.”

Talking about her bond with partner Karan Kundrra, she said, "At least, that's the thing about me and Karan—that he was very clear that we can't get boring. I was like, ‘Yeah, because I get bored, and he was like, ‘Even I get bored, so we were like, ‘We can't let each other get bored; there's no way, so we always keep each other on our toes."

Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra have been dating each other for four years now. The duo met in the house of 'Bigg Boss 15'.
