Shrima Rai's Cryptic Post Amid Trolling from Ashwariya Rai's Fans: "I Am Clarifying Things..."

Shrima Rai has been making headlines with her viral replies to sister-in-law Ashwariya Rai's fans. She also faced backlash for thanking Shweta Bachchan for sending a bouquet on her birthday. Now, she has finally reacted to all the buzz and shared a cryptic post.

Shrima Rai's Cryptic Post:

Sharing the note, she wrote, "Facts. My birthday was November 21 and as usual, flowers were sent. I thanked everyone with a shout-out. Before I became a blogger/content creator I was a banker in Wealth Management for several years. I have also been a Gladrags Mrs. India Globe 2009. Post 2017, I transitioned into blogging. I have NEVER tried to open any business with anyone's name."

She added, "I am clarifying things because these are facts. I have built an independent career as a content creator for years on my own and as a woman, I find it in poor taste of anyone to try to tear that fact down.

For this, my husband, mother-in-law, and parents can vouch for that. As a mother, it is extremely important to me that facts are clear when my name is involved."

The post has garnered lots of attention and her creator's community is showing support with her. A user wrote, "Hope all ok?" Shrima was quick to reply to the comment, she commented, "Just clarifying some news that came out had some misinformation."

Another user commented, "I don't know the context but glad you took a stand for yourself, half of the media share things without fact-checks! More power to you..."

For unversed, it all started when a fan asked her why she doesn't post any pictures with her sister-in-law, Aishwarya, or her daughter, Aaradhya, Shrima gave a bit of a shocking reply. She asked the person to head over to Aishwarya's Instagram page, where they would find exclusive shots of the mother-daughter duo and none featuring them. 

A social media user took to the comments and asked, "Not even a single pic she shares of Aishwarya or Aaradhya." Shrima gave a befitting reply and said, "You can head over to her page to find all the images of her and there you will find solely shots of them and not a single one of us. That should satisfy you."

Another user commented on Shrima's picture and said, "I never knew you were Aishwarya's SIL until your recent pictures." She responded to this comment and wrote, "Good...I want you to see me for me"
