Seema Sajdeh Calls Shalini Passi 'Chaalbaaz'; Here's Why

Shalini Passi got overnight fame with her appearance in the third season of Netflix's 'Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives'.  In one Mauritius episode, Shalini sipped champagne through a straw, leading Seema Sajdeh to jokingly call her an 'ajeeb aurat'.

Shalini Passi's Indirect Dig:

Later, in a confessional, Shalini took an indirect dig at Seema and said, "Unlike a lot of my friends, I don't have veneers. These are my real teeth. I'd like them to remain like this for the next 100 years." In an interview with Jarp, Seema Sajdeh watched the same clip and said, “I have two veneers in the front, so what? I can't possibly come with chipped teeth. I only use a straw when I put lipstick because I hate touch-ups."

Seema: "Was It Pointed At Me?"

When it was hinted that Shalini's comment might have been about her, Seema reacted, "Was it pointed at me?" After a brief pause, she said, "Let it be, I own it up. I have it (veneers). Shalini would never say a thing before us, but she would drop bombs at these Q&A scenes."

"Shalini Is A Sweet Girl..."

Seema added, "She is a sweet girl. I have fun with her, and I know she has become a sensation. Good for her. She lives in Delhi, and I live in Mumbai, but whenever we get to see each other, we like it. She is very sweet. I have known her for many years. I had met her at several parties. But this side of her was a revelation on the show. We had no clue about this."

Seema denies any similarities with Shalini, saying, "I only imagine my children's reaction. Imagine if mumma wore a gown and ran into the ocean. My children will call me crazy."

In the same interview, Seema played a game assigning movie titles to her castmates. She called Maheep Kapoor 'Sholay' and Neelam Kapoor 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'. For Shalini Passi, she jokingly picked 'Chaalbaaz'.
