Saif Ali Khan Attacked: Rajiv Adatia Reacts; Says "I Am Shocked..."

Actor Saif Ali Khan was hospitalized early this morning after being attacked during an attempted burglary at his Bandra residence. The incident occurred around 3 AM when the intruder, armed with a sharp weapon, entered the home Saif shares with his wife Kareena Kapoor, and their children. The assailant stabbed Saif six times, with two wounds described as deep. The thief managed to escape and is currently absconding, while police are reviewing CCTV footage for leads. Now, social media personality Rajiv Adaitia has reacted to the same and expressed his concern over the situation. Rajiv took to his Twitter handle and reacted over the same.

Rajiv Adatia Expressed Concern on the Incident:

He wrote, "I'm shocked to hear about what happened to Saif! My thoughts are with him, and I pray for his speedy recovery! My love to you, Bebo, and the kids!"

Podcaster and actor Karishma Tanna also reacted, describing the incident as a wake-up call. She added "Speedy recovery to him. This makes us all rethink our security measures."

Saif Ali Khan's team has issued an official statement addressing the incident, stating, "There was an attempted burglary at Mr. Saif Ali Khan's residence. He is currently in the hospital undergoing surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient as the investigation unfolds. Updates will follow as we have them."

"Saif Is Completely Stable Now..."

Dr Nitin Dange who performed Saif's surgery also updated the media about his health and said he's now safe. "Saif Ali Khan was admitted to the hospital at 2 am with alleged history of assault by some unknown person. He sustained a major injury to the thoracic spinal cord due to a lodged knife in the spine. A surgery was performed to remove the knife and repair leaking spinal fluid. Two other deep wounds on his left hand and one other on his neck were repaired by the plastic surgery team. He is completely stable now. He is recovering well and out of danger now," said Dr Dange.
