Ranveer Allahbadia's YouTube Channel Hacked: "End Of My YouTube Career..."

YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia's YouTube channel is hacked. The hackers changed the name of BeerBiceps to '@Elon.trump.tesla_live2024' and his personal channel to '@Tesla.event.trump_2024.' Following the takeover, they deleted all of his podcasts and interviews, replacing them with older streams from events featuring Elon Musk and Donald Trump. The hacked channels have since been taken down by YouTube, displaying the message, 'This page isn't available.'

Ranveer Allahbadia's YouTube Channel Hacked:

The hackers employed a livestream featuring an AI-generated avatar of Elon Musk to lure unsuspecting viewers into a cryptocurrency scam. The AI avatar urged viewers to invest in cryptocurrency, falsely promising to double their returns if they deposited Bitcoin or Ethereum on a suspicious website, elonweb.net. This tactic is known as a "Bitcoin doubling" scam and is a common method used in cyberattacks targeting prominent YouTube accounts.

Ranveer's Reaction:

Ranveer has addressed the issue indirectly on social media. Taking to his Instagram, he shared a picture of a meal, he wrote, "Celebrating my two main channels being hacked with my favourite food. Vegan burgers. Death of BeerBiceps met with Death of diet."

In another story, he shared a selfie with an eye mask, and captioned, "Is this the end of my YouTube career? Was nice knowing you all."

His Team's Reaction:

We reach out to Ranveer's team. They said, "It's actually hacked. It's not at all a PR stunt. We have trust in YouTube that they will revive the entire content, views, and everything."
