She has delivered many hit songs like 'Chidiyan Da Chamba, 'Kut Kut Bajra' and others.

Recently, in a candid chit chat with a media house, on questioned about trending song being considered as hit, she said, 'I'm an independent label promoting my own music. I don't want to spend 3 lakhs on hiring influencers. If I spend money on such frivolous activities, how will I build the empire that I want?'

Her comment on the influencers left the netizens and social media stars divided, with few it didn't go well. Here's how they reacted. Talking about the statement- Seitu Kumr, stylist & influencer said, “Honestly to each his own, while multi-million-dollar companies are hiring influencers to be on board to increase visibility & sales there surely be a set of people who would not appreciate it if they want to portray themselves as a brand.”

Another lifestyle influencer Prerna Sinha has reacted to Neha's comment, she mentioned, “Just like Neha Bhasin, influencers are earning via social media. How did her song pick up after 3 years of release and become viral on Instagram? Gone through regular channels it may not have done well. So, let's not undermine the power of social media. It was because influencers on Instagram created reels and it caught attention. This is a proper marketing strategy, it's not a frivolous activity. Influencers today, are the easiest way to connect to a larger, more invested audience. They have a dedicated following which is built on trust and creating content, putting yourself out there daily takes a lot of work and energy. Everyone is on social media today be it celebs or brands, because they have realized the power of social media marketing. Would big brands invest in influencers again and again if they did not see the ROI?”
