Additionally, if a student decides to withdraw mid-course, coaching centers are mandated to provide a refund within 10 days, adding a layer of accountability.

Transparency takes center stage as coaching centers are required to maintain updated websites with detailed information on tutors, courses, curriculum, duration, hostels, and fees.

Safety standards are elevated with stringent measures in place. From fire safety protocols to proper electrification, ventilation, lighting, CCTV cameras, medical kits, and overall security, coaching centers must prioritize the well-being of their students.

The guidelines also address the importance of student relaxation, ensuring that the curriculum allows for adequate breaks. Both students and tutors are entitled to weekly offs, promoting a balanced and sustainable learning environment.

Non-compliance with the guidelines comes with consequences. Coaching centers found violating the registration terms face penalties—₹25,000 for the first offense, ₹1 lakh for a second, and registration revocation for subsequent breaches.
