Inspire Beyond Motherhood: An Initiative to Honour and Empower Moms

‘INSPIRE Beyond Motherhood' hosted Season 5 Awards event at the Orchid Hotel in Mumbai recently. The event was a star-studded affair with the presence of celebrities like Geeta Basra, Tara Sharma, Nisha Aggarwal, Dolly Jain, Amita Pathak Sachar, Anjali Bhagwat and Simrun Chopra. We spotted VIP guests Harpreet Suri, Shrima Rai, Yuvika Abrol, Ishna Batra, Rangeeli Ruchi. Popular mom content creators like Tanya Mehra, Sulata Mitra, Dr Nimarta Bindra, Namrata Sadhvani, Rohini Deepthi Natti and many more joined the event!

‘INSPIRE Beyond Motherhood' is the brainchild of Prerna Sinha, TEDx speaker and award-winning content creator popularly known as ‘Maa of all Blogs.' Prerna believes, “Mothers need a support system to empower their dreams, and INSPIRE Beyond Motherhood is committed to facilitating that. We believe in not only empowering moms financially but also focusing on their mental health, as both are essential for their growth and well-being.”

The event featured notable trailblazers like Olympian Anjali Bhagwat, fitness expert Simrun Chopra and celebrity drape artist Dolly Jain, who lent their support to this powerful initiative. The esteemed panel of jurors, which included Zareen Siddique, Rakhee Vaswani, Riddhi Doongursee, Ridhi Khosla Jalan, and Meghna Pant, had the challenging task of selecting winners from across the country, celebrating the accomplishments of mothers in various fields.

This year, the INSPIRE event placed a strong focus on Financial Literacy and Mental Health for mothers, addressing critical topics that impact women across all walks of life. Adding further credibility to this growing movement, the Advisory Board Members Karishma Bhalla (Co-Founder & Director, Taramis Labs Pvt Ltd), Manasi Narsimhan (Head of Communications and Fundraising for CEGIS), and Anupama Dalmia (National President, WICCI & Award-Winning Entrepreneur), provided guidance and direction to ensure the event's impact was far-reaching and meaningful.

The key highlights of the INSPIRE event were the two panels with eminent personalities coming and sharing their insights and learning. The first Panel on Maternal Mental Health & Early Childhood Development discussed the many ongoing challenges of motherhood while balancing and prioritizing mental health. The second Panel that was on ‘The Money Talks – Moms Making Cents of It All' focused on financial independence and literacy, offering practical advice to help mothers navigate their personal and family finances effectively.

The event's success can also be attributed to all the winners who showed up from across the country. Listening to their heartwarming inspiring stories and amazing journeys was truly incredible. The INSPIRE event was also supported by several communities, such as Navi Mumbai Divas, Bloggers Meet Info, Momimperfecto, Oye Hyderabad and Mom Shares Club. They all played a key role in spreading a word about the initiative. The prestigious event was sponsored by Foods and Inns and Foodstrong, Ek Gift, Suksham and Elixir Wellness.
