Influencer Simran Singh Dies By Suicide In Gurugram

Social media influencer and RJ Simran Singh was found dead in her Gurugram residence. Police claimed that she died by suicide. The house was locked from inside and no suicide note has been recovered. The body has been handed over to her family after investigations. Police are looking into her recent communications and social media posts to understand the circumstances.

RJ Simran Found Dead In Gurugram Residence:

Her body was found in her rented Gurugram Sector 47 apartment, the police said, adding a friend who was staying with her called the police.

About the Case:

She was taken to a hospital, where doctors announced she was dead. The police said that her family has not filed any complaint. The family said Simran was upset for some time, due to which she may have died by suicide. They said she did not hold anyone responsible.

The police revealed that they received a call at 10.30 pm from Park Hospital regarding the body. In a statement to the news agency ANI, ASI Kumar said, "... Social media influencer from J&K, Simran Singh, who was living in a rented house in Sector 47 of Gurugram died by suicide on Wednesday evening. Police received a call at 10:30 pm from Park Hospital regarding the body. Police did not find any suicide note from Simran's flat nor did Simran's family file any complaint against anyone."

"No Case Was Registered"

The police officer added that the family revealed Simran had been facing some issues for some time. "The family said that Simran had been facing problems for some time due to which she took this step and did not hold anybody responsible for this. Based on a written complaint from the family members, action was taken, and the post-mortem was done on Thursday morning. The body has been handed over to the family members. No case was registered."

Simran has around 6 lakh followers on Instagram. She used to share travel vlogs and daily life updates on social media.
