Hina Khan's Intense Workout Session; Netizens Say, "Proud of You..."

Hina Khan has been recently diagnosed with Stage three breast cancer. Amid her ongoing treatment, she has been regularly sharing her health updates with her fans. Now, she has posted a video of her workout regime. The video shows her doing different workouts, including weightlifting and leg exercises.

Sharing the video, she penned a heartfelt caption, she wrote, "A thousand reasons may present itself to pull you down every day. But I have the Promise to fulfill for my future self. And I am committed, are you? PS: This is strictly done under My Doctor's Advice and Trainers Supervision. Only when my body allows. "You Will Be Fine Soon..."

Her video has gone viral and netizens are hailing her for being so strong in this difficult time.  A user wrote, "MashaAllah never give up!!! You will be fine soon InshaAllah...Loads of love and Duas." Another commented, "Proud of you my brave girl..." Her industry colleagues Lataa Sabarwal, and Nidhi Uttam were among others who gave her best wishes.

Earlier, Hina Khan opened up about the side effects of chemotherapy, particularly mucositis, a painful inflammation of the mucous membranes. She asked her followers for any helpful remedies, they could suggest. She wrote, "Another side effect of chemotherapy is mucositis. Although I am following the doctors' advice to treat it. If any of you have been through it or have known any useful remedies. Please suggest (folded hands emoji). It's really hard when you can't eat (see no evil monkey emoji). It will greatly help me."
