Gauahar Khan On Her Transformation Post Her First Pregnancy: "I Don't Have Any Expensive Gym Trainers"

Gauahar Khan recently announced her second pregnancy with hubby Zaid Darbar. She shared a fun yet adorable Instagram reel where she announced while flaunting her baby bump. After her first pregnancy, she underwent a massive body and look transformation. She started working out and following everything in the days after her delivery. Now, she has opened up about how she managed to do so.

Gauahar Khan Talks About Her Weight Loss Journey:

Gauahar, who is set to welcome her second-born hubby Zaid, recently gave an interview to Red FM where she spoke about her transformation. She mentioned how she doesn't believe in having expensive trainers for the gym and instead follows a good diet and workout for herself.

“You know a lot of people actually told me, ‘kyun dikha rahi ho ke weight loss kiya hai? Kyun dikha rahi ho ke itna kam kar diya hai? Doosri auraton ke baare mein socho. Jo hum nahi kar paa rahi hai, tumhaare paas bahut gym trainers hai aur tumhare paas bahut'… aise bhi comments aate hain (‘Why are you showing that you've lost weight? Why are you showing that you've reduced so much? Think about other women. The things we can't do, you have so many gym trainers and you have so many'… comments like these also come).” She continued, “No, I don't have any expensive gym trainers, I don't have any diets being given to me.”

Gauahar had undergone a massive transformation post-her first pregnancy, and fans praised her for it. She recently announced her second pregnancy and said, “Bismillah (baby emoji) !! Gauahar and Zaid got married on December 25, 2020. Reportedly, the two met while shopping for groceries during the lockdown. The two began chatting, and friendship soon turned to love. In December 2022, the duo announced the pregnancy news with an adorable, animated video. The fun video read, "One became two when Z met G. And now the adventure continues as we soon become three. In Sha Allah, seeking all your prayers and blessings in this beautiful journey."

Gauahar and her husband Zaid Darbar were blessed with their first child on May 10, 2023. Announcing the arrival of the baby, Gauahar had posted, "It's a Boy As salaam u alaikum beautiful world, says our bundle of joy. Arrived 10th of May 2023 to make us realise what happiness truly means. Our blessed boy thanks everyone for their love and prayers. Grateful and giggling new parents Zaid and Gauahar”. They revealed the face of their first child, Zehaan last year on the occasion of Umrah.
