Elvish Yadav is again making headlines in a snake venom case. Saurabh Gupta, a PFA activist, has alleged threats and stalking by Elvish and his associates. In his complaint, Gupta accused Elvish of conducting recce outside his house and conspiring against killing him. He said the accused could have murdered him and his brother in a road accident. The complaint was filed at Nandgram Police Station, Ghaziabad.
Fresh FIR Against Elvish Yadav:
Gupta said the accused and his supporters by the name of Elvish Army on social media have been spreading fake news, about him and his family since a case was filed against the accused. Videos are being shared showing Saurav, his brother, and Noida Police conspiring against Elvish Yadav.
As per the reports, Saurabh Gupta also claimed that Elvish Yadav and his brother have been continuously threatening him through social media. Due to these threats, he had to delete his Facebook account a few months ago. Saurabh further accused Elvish Yadav of threatening to kill him through a video.
About Elvish Yadav's Snake Venom Case Controversy:
Elvish was arrested by Noida Police and was sent to 14 days of judicial custody in connection with a snake venom case. As per reports, during his judicial custody, Elvish reportedly mentioned the name of singer Fazilpuria. He had also admitted that he met all the arrested accused, including Rahul (snake charmer), at different rave parties and was acquainted with them.
Based on a complaint filed by the People For Animals (PFA) organization, the Noida Police raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people. The PFA in its FIR named Elvish and accused him of organizing rave parties in which they invite foreigners and arrange poisonous snakes.
ED's Action on Elvish Yadav and Others:
The assets, including agricultural land in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor district and bank accounts, are linked to popular content creators Siddharth Yadav alias Elvish Yadav, Rahul Yadav alias Fazilpuria, and Sky Digital India Pvt. Ltd. The properties were seized under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, according to an ED statement.
The agency alleged that Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuriya "illegally used protected species of snakes, exotic animals, such as iguanas, in the production of commercial music videos and vlogs to increase followers and generate money." "These music videos were given to Sky Digital India Pvt Ltd, and then the videos were uploaded to YouTube for generating revenue," it said.
