At the age of 31, Chris O'Donnell, who his admirers call Creeohdee, passed away on Saturday, January 11. According to the Maricopa Medical Examiner, the social media personality committed suicide after being shot in the head. O'Donnell gained millions of fans on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok due to his fitness videos and personal journey.

A Social Media Star with a Growing Following

O'Donnell had gained an impressive online following: 842,000 on TikTok and 241,000 on Instagram. He popularized himself through workouts, motivational posts, and bits of his personal life. One of his last posts was a touching TikTok video of his brother's wedding, in which he expressed what made him proud as a brother, celebrating the new chapter in his brother's life.

A Passion for Mental Health Advocacy

Besides his fitness-related content, O'Donnell was very involved in mental health and substance abuse awareness. One of his posts dated December 2022 shared his background in mental health and openly talked about his addictions. He said that he had been sober since 2018 and had dedicated much of his platform towards advocating for recovery from substance abuse, hoping that he could help others who are facing the same challenges.
