Exclusive: Secret behind Orry's ever-changing hairdos!

“With every new haircut, comes a new personality.” Well, we can say so for social media sensation Orhan Awatramani aka Orry. Apart from his quirky fashion statements, in the last few months, the media and fans have been equally puzzled by Orry's various new hairdos. We wondered if it's for a movie or a reality show! So we directly spoke to Orry about it. Here are excerpts from an exclusive tête-à-tête with the viral star.

“After my hair transplant treatment, my plan was always to grow my hair long and eventually chop them into various styles,” starts off Orry.

“But before that I realized, I never coloured my hair. So I went to a salon in London, and she suggested I get pink tips! I told the person I want something drastic and not simple. Not pink! So we eventually opted for rock red.”

Orry is known to be unpredictable and hence he comes up with new trends every now and then. This time around, “I got bored and thought to experiment further,” he quips.

“When the plan came to shave my long locks, it was for a viral reel for different looks. It had been three years since I cut my beard or hair so long. I'd not clean shaved for so long. My skin had not seen the sun in such a long time. So I was like…let's do it!”

Sharing about his hair-raising tales, Orry recalls one shocking incident.

“My hair is naturally very curly, like spirally curls. So last Diwali, something shocking happened. When I was getting my hair straightened, the guy burnt my hair! He killed the curls! I had to chop them out. Had no choice. But I'm glad, my hair grew back. They have gone through a lot – bleach, colour, cuts but then my hairdos have always stood out and made headlines!”

So what next, we asked him. He reveals: “So sometime soon you will see me BALD or in a BUZZ CUT. But before that, I'll do as many haircuts in between before shortening it!”
