IPL 2024 might have officially ended with Kolkata Knight Riders winning the trophy, but you have to give it to the Rajasthan Royals for the tournament they had this season. Though they might not have won the trophy, the royal fans must be proud of how their team fared! Recently, musician and creator Mayur Jumani collaborated with the Rajasthan Royals for a 'Halla Bol' music video, and for the first time, a video has been entirely created and shot on a plane! The video has been trending on social media. We got in touch with Mayur Jumani to learn about the experience of working with the Rajasthan Royals team and the concept of the music video.

On the Concept of Shooting the Video Entirely on a Plane:

"We wanted this to be as unique and innovative as possible. I thought, where do the players spend most of their time together? The flight was the best option, and what's better than to shoot this 30,000 ft in the air?"

The Most Challenging Part of Filming on a Plane:

"It wasn't as easy as we thought it would be. We were always cramped up in the aisle, and the lighting was also unpredictable. To add to that, there had to be continuous refreshments for which we had to pause the shoot. But the team was so amazing and sporty. They supported us in every way possible."

On Being a Part of a Viral Concept That's Breaking the Internet:

"I always knew this was a unique concept and would be appreciated by all, but we can never predict what will go viral or not, so I was keeping my expectations low. But now, seeing it at 9M views already, I'm feeling so grateful and fortunate to get to do this."

Memorable Moments from the Shoot:

"Honestly, I knew that the players were not actors, so it was always going to be difficult for them to be in front of the camera. But the vibe was so positive and full of energy that every other shot was so much fun to shoot. I remember when Yashasvi had to keep a straight face for a shot, but every time we shot, he burst out laughing. This BTS has to be one of the funniest."

On Working with the Rajasthan Royals Team:

"I've always been a fan of this team. I remember in 2022 when I was one of the few RR supporters in Wankhede while everyone else was supporting Mumbai. So it's heartwarming to work with them. Everyone from the players to the backend team was so supportive of this idea."
