Entertainer's Cricket League: Creator-Based T10 Cricket League Launched in Mumbai

Cricket is one of the most loved sports in India, and the creator economy is booming. Now, imagine combining these two in one league! The Entertainer's Cricket League, the first content creator-based cricket league, was launched at a press conference in Mumbai. Abhishek Malhan, Sonu Sharma, Elvish Yadav, Harsh Beniwal, Munawar Faruqui, Anurag Dwivedi, and league founders Anil Kumar and Himanshu Chandnani were present at the press conference. This franchise-based league, featuring six teams, will be played in August and September.

The creators will each lead one of the six franchises, with each team picking players from a draft of 250 popular content creators, from which 96 will make the final cut. These creators span multiple industries such as technology, finance, infotainment, education, motivation and self-help, and entertainment, including vloggers, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle. The Entertainer's Cricket League will be the ultimate experience for content lovers across the country.

ECL is expected to garner over 100 crore viewers in its first season alone, as the total followers of the content creators exceed this number. The league will be broadcast live on an undisclosed partner, giving fans a reason to witness this extravaganza live.
