As per new updates, Noida police files chargesheet that elvish Yadav used a virtual number to arrange snake venom. Recently on April 6, Noida police filed a 1200-page chargesheet against Elvish Yadav in which it is claimed that he used a virtual number to arrange snake venom.

In the past, he was arrested after being charged under the wildlife protection act and section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian penal court. But currently he is on bail and the chargesheet filed against him claims the connection between him and snake charmer. Along with these police finds 20 milliliters of venom from krait spices from the location.

According to the chargesheet, Elvish worked on a virtual phone number for this work. This method is done as it provides a better privacy and independence from a specific location and device. The chargesheet reveals the details regarding his professed involvement for managing the supply of snake venom for rave parties.

As per report, this virtual number is used by Elvish Yadav to call his friend Vinay. And later they informed Ishwar, who owned a banquet hall. This snake dealer arrives at the party venue with their snakes. And the shocking news that makes police more confident Elvish's virtual number in vinay's call history.

Elvish Yadav was arrested on 17 March 2024 by the Noida police. He was sent 14 days judicial remand. Afterwards he was presented to the district and session court, Surajpur, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. On 23 November 2023 Elvish and five others were arrested under the wildlife protection act and section 120B criminal conspiracy. Later, elvish Yadav granted bail by Gautam Budh Nagar District court.
