But, now Dalljiet has finally decided to open up. She has hinted at estranged husband Nikhil Patel having an extra-marital affair. She has shared several Instagram stories and posts giving proof to her fans and netizens that there is something wrong with this marriage.

Recently, she posted a picture of herself in an ethnic dress and accused Nikhil of not acknowledging the marriage. In the post which is deleted now, she wrote, “My clothes are there, my chooda is there, my temple, all my things are there, in fact, my son's clothes, books and his hope from his father is there. It's my in-law's place, the painting which I made is there. But my husband is saying it's not my house. He is saying we never got married. Is he not my husband? What do you think? Is Nikhil, not my husband? Did we not get married?”

On Saturday, Dalljiet finally confirmed her separation from Nikhil on Instagram Stories. This announcement came after Dalljiet and Nikhil had unfollowed each other a few months ago, nearly a year after their wedding. 

In her post, Dalljiet has also addressed the issue of infidelity in marriage. She posted a question on Instagram stories, she wrote, “What's your thought on extra-marital affairs? Who is to be blamed?… The girl…The husband…The wife.” 

About the Marriage:

Dalljiet Kaur, who tied the knot with Kenya-based businessman, Nikhil Patel in March 2023. The actress shifted her entire base with her son, Jaydon to Kenya to be with her marital family.
