Sadhguru, a spiritual guide and motivational speaker shares a journey of his life and how he protects themselves after covid pandemic. During this period, he has been traveling the United States along with 17 native American nations on his bike. At that time native American nations were the worst hit by the pandemic. Despite that, he was traveling almost in all those nations. This was the time when people were avoiding going near each other due to health issues. According to him, there is no barrier for those who want to meet him or hug him. During his Save Soil movement, he was engaged with thousands of people along with 27 native nations across India.
This was the time when people were dying due to covid. The same Sadhguru tells how he didn't even suffer from cough, cold, or infection even when he was engaging with lots of people. How is it possible for him? Before you compare this with any type of magic, Let's take a look at what he said.
He simply said that he used to eat 12 different varieties of leaves. Just one leaf each like- one neem leaf, mango leaf, Tulsi leaf, and something else to scarify one's taste. According to him, beyond magic understand the importance of management in the real world. Also, promote the “Gut Biome” which is generally associated with better health outcomes.
Further, he explains in the sixth century BCE, there are texts in India where that talk about tiny lives. That fills your body inside out and they are called “NIGODA” (a kingdom existing in which the lowest forms of invisible life occupy in endless numbers, and without any hope of release by self-effort).
