Getting better, but very slowly. Can't workout or do any yoga.
Young enough to feel disheartened.
Old enough to know - this too shall pass...
2 months without intense exercise is like a constant battle with your own demons :(

Injuries can often affect our physical and mental health, derailing our plans. While It's easy to feel frustrated and unmotivated during that time, Ranveer has learned from his experience and shared that staying positive and focusing on the healing process is important.
Sharing his learnings from his injuries, Ranveer said, 'I've had enough injuries to realize the following: Change your routines & your exercise formats for a safer, healthier future. Injuries only completely heal when you learn what they're trying to teach you. Healing happens in the mind first. Stay positive. Visualise.'
Sometimes, it can be a blessing in disguise or a wake-up call to reaccess everything. This could mean switching up the types of exercises we do, reducing intensity, or incorporating more rest days for a better and healthier you.
But perhaps the most valuable lesson from injuries is the opportunity to learn from them. As Ranveer notes, injuries only completely heal when we understand what they're trying to teach us. This could be anything from improving our form to listening to our bodies when they need rest.
After Ranveer Allahbadia shared about his shoulder injury on Twitter, the comments section was filled with support and encouragement, with many followers wishing him a speedy recovery and telling him to take care of himself.
