Motivational speaker Nitika Malik has noticed a very disturbing behavior in women. She explains that most females often feel jealous and insecure when they see other women who seem more successful, intelligent, or beautiful than them. This makes them resentful and, unfortunately, even disrespectful.
Insecurity Leads to Negative Behavior
Malik feels that insecurity is the core problem. Women who are threatened by other successful women cannot even find self-confidence in themselves. Instead of feeling inspired or motivated, they feel the need to bring the other woman down. According to Malik, this behavior arises from an internal lack of belief in themselves.
Jealousy Over Appearance and Success
Jealousy is not only about success but can also stem from appearances or personality traits. If a woman is perceived as more beautiful, confident, or happier, it can make others uncomfortable. Rather than accepting or respecting the differences, some women choose to criticize or avoid these women.
The Struggle Between Women and the Need for Unity
Malik notes that it is very hurtful when women feel more comfortable working with men than they do with other women. This division among women, which inhibits them from supporting each other, creates unnecessary tension. If women were ever confident in themselves, they could appreciate the achievements of others and even learn from them.
Respect and Support Are Key
Remember that there is enough space for everyone to succeed. Supporting and embracing the strengths of other women can make the atmosphere healthier and happier for everyone. Learning to value one another rather than compete with one another is the first step toward developing confidence.
