Natasha Noel is a popular yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast. She keeps sharing posts about yoga postures and meditation on her social media.
She has shared a new reel on social media and talked about how one should feel proud of their body. She wrote, 'I talk about everything under the sun to normalize normal size. Why? Because I never felt normal in existing in my body. I was always told to fit in some box which I hated. Example- you do yoga you can't lift weights then! You do yoga, you have so much flexibility you can run. (Longest I've run is 18 km!) you work out/do yoga so much yet you have so much fat. Big thighed women can't do yoga. You shouldn't shave your head you should shave your legs. If you have cellulite and hair on your legs, you shouldn't wear shorts. You should get skinnier. When I was skinny you should have more meat on your body, you're not a real woman.'
She added, 'And for a long time, I thought all this was normal and I couldn't do anything, till I proved everyone and myself wrong and did it anyway. This is just a space for you to be better than you were.
And also, talk about sex, sexuality, red flags, trauma, SA, and just my learnings and discoveries.'
She concluded, 'I am still healing from a lot however I also don't bother about a lot of things. Or rather learned not to so if you want to stay hope we heal together and be and do better.'
Her post has garnered many reactions, and netizens agree with her in the comment section.
