Morning Routine: Ghee Shots and Juices
To kickstart her day, Passi takes a shot of ghee, followed by a handful of almonds and walnuts, and then an array of juices. Her daily choices include beetroot juice with amla and ginger, celery juice, and sprout juice, making it easy to get nutrients without chewing. She also adds avocado and capsicum juices to her morning lineup.
Nutrient-Packed Lunches and Pre-Workout Fuel
Instead of bread, Passi goes for a wholesome ragi or jowar chilla at lunch. She powers up with fresh fruit before her two-hour workout routine, which includes an hour of dance, followed by Pilates and weight training.
Evening Soups and Protein Boost
For her evening meal, Passi enjoys thick vegetable soups featuring ingredients like spinach, broccoli, tomato, and the occasional lotus stem or bhindi. On days she skips the temple, she adds egg, fish, or chicken for protein.
Goat Curd: The Key to Passi's Bone and Teeth Care
Passi credits goat curd for helping maintain her bone and dental health, making it a regular part of her diet. She ensures to carry it while traveling. To protect her teeth, she drinks her soups and juices using a straw.
