Shalini Passi Reacts To Reports Of Her Bigg Boss 18 Entry; Here's What She Said

Shalini Passi has been making headlines since her appearance in the Netflix series, 'Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives'. Recently, it was reported that Shalini will be joining the controversial reality show, 'Bigg Boss 18'. She has neither confirmed nor denied the reports and reacted with a laughing emoji.

Shalini's Reaction to Bigg Boss 18's Entry Buzz:

It was earlier reported that Shalini Passi would enter 'Bigg Boss 18' as a guest and would even live in the house for a few days. It was said that Shalini's stint on the show would be similar to Orry's in the last season. Quoting a source, Indian Express wrote, "Shalini leads quite an amazing life. She doesn't need this show (Bigg Boss) to highlight it."

The source has also highlighted that after getting a launch with a Netflix show, appearing on a controversial show like 'Bigg Boss 18' is not something Shalini would do.

How It Started?

Recently, E Times reported that Shalini will soon be part of another reality TV show, Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 18. Quoting a source, they wrote, "Shalini has a magnetic presence and commands attention wherever she goes. Her entry is sure to bring a mix of glamour, intrigue, and unpredictability to the house, shaking up the existing dynamics and intensifying the ongoing drama."

Earlier, Shalini opened up about receiving immense love after her series and how she has become an internet sensation. She mentioned that she had expected some fame but not this much love.

"I Am  Absolutely Overwhelmed..."

Speaking to Hindustan Times, she said, "I'm absolutely overwhelmed and really humbled by the response. I had expected some fame with the series as it's a very popular series and it's on Netflix which is such a huge platform. But what I had not anticipated was the love. The love that is pouring over the internet."

"People are Calling Me National Sweetheart"

She added, "People are calling me the pop-culture icon, the national sweetheart... The love is coming from everybody. It's little girls, grandmothers, women, men, everybody is just reaching out, and they're saying such affectionate things, which is heartwarming for me."

Shalini featured alongside Kalyani Chawla and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni as a part of the Delhi group in the latest season of the Netflix show, which brought back the original Mumbai ‘wives' Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, Bhavana Pandey and Neelam Kothari. Shalini's eccentricities made her a standout on the show and attracted a lot of attention from her fellow cast members.
