Post-Workout Skincare Routine
- Shower within 30 minutes: Ridhi suggests showering soon after your workout to cleanse the skin from sweat and bacteria.
- A gentle, good face wash: The first step in her routine is a gentle face wash to clean the skin. It will help remove any form of dirt or impurities. (Pro Tip: Air-dry your face after washing instead of using towels that may irk it.)
- Deconstruct Clearing Serum: She applies the serum that will target the dark spots and pigmentation that will eventually give her even skin and eliminate blemishes.
- Moisturiser: After cleansing and serum, she applies a moisturiser for the hydration and strengthening of her skin's barrier.
- Sunscreen: Applying sunscreen is essential for protecting the skin from harmful UV rays, preventing skin damage and premature aging.

Apart from her skincare, Ridhi follows a healthy lifestyle to manage her acne. She consumes 2-3 liters of water daily; she takes balanced food; she takes special care to avoid sugar and junk food. Ridhi also consumes anti-inflammatory foods like blueberries, turmeric, and ginger. She has stopped using a towel on her face and leaves it wet in the open. In addition, she washes her hair every alternate day, changes pillow covers every week, and maintains her routine. According to Ridhi, healing pimple formation requires time, but consistency produces good results.
