  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1 cup thick curd or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • 10-12 peanuts
  • 1 tbsp moong dal
  • 2-3 red dried chilli
  • Some curry leaves

Easy High-Protein Cucumber Paneer Bowl Recipe Preparation Method:

Step 1: Marinate Paneer

Blend soaked makhana and red chillies to form a smooth paste. Add lemon juice, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, and chaat masala. Coat paneer cubes evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Cook Paneer

Lightly grease a non-stick pan. Cook paneer cubes for 3-4 minutes per side until golden-brown. Remove and keep aside.

Step 3: Yogurt-Cucumber Mix

Grate or finely chop cucumber and mix with thick curd or Greek yogurt. Season with salt and black pepper, stirring until smooth.

Step 4: Crunchy Tempering

Heat ghee in a small pan. Fry peanuts, moong dal, dried chillies, and curry leaves until crisp. Allow to cool slightly.

Step 5: Serving Suggestion
