Recently, she has shared a soya tikka masala recipe, a mixture of traditional flavor with simple ingredients that is both tasty and comforting.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soya chunks
- Roughly chop capsicum and onions
- marination
- Boiled soya chunks
- Chopped capsicum and onion
- Haldi powder
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala/tandoori masala
- 2 tbsp roasted besan
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 cup curd
Gravy Preparation:
- Boil 1 cup soya chunks in water, after that squeeze out the extra water and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and add some oil, transfer the marinated soya chunks in it and cook it for 10-12 minutes ,after that keep it aside.
- In the same pan,add some oil and add cumin seeds, bay leaf and 1 finely chopped onion, sauté it well until it becomes golden brown.
- Now add haldi powder and red chili powder.
- Add 1 finely chopped tomato (you can also add tomato gravy).
- Mix it altogether and cook it for sometime.
- Now add soya chunks and mix it well.
- Add boiled water and cook this gravy for 2-3 minutes with the lid on.
- Now add some garam masala,1 tbsp ketchup and some Kasuri methi.
- Garnish it with some green chilies and fresh coriander and enjoy!
