Ingredients:

  •  Green lettuce (roughly chopped) 1 cup
  •  ⁠Red/purple cabbage (finely sliced) 1/2 cup
  •  ⁠Boiled sweet corn 1 cup
  •  ⁠Parsley finely chopped 1/2 cup
  •  ⁠Cucumber 1/2 finely chopped
  •  ⁠Cherry tomatoes halved 10-12
  •  ⁠Green Sprouts 1 cup
  •  ⁠Salt to taste
  •  ⁠Red chili powder 1 tsp
  •   ⁠Oil 2 tsp

For dressing:

  •  Mango 1/2 cup
  •  ⁠Mint leaves 8-10
  •  ⁠Olive oil 2 tbsp
  •  ⁠Salt to taste
  •  ⁠Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  •  ⁠Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp
  •  ⁠Fennel powder 1 tsp
  •  ⁠Black salt 1/2 tsp
  •  ⁠Honey 1 tbsp

Recipe:

For dressing:

  •  Mix all the ingredients required for the dressing in the blender jar and blend it to make a smooth tasty ingredient.

For salad:

  • Take the sprouts in a bowl. Add red chili powder, salt and some oil and mix it well.
  • Spread the sprouts on a baking tray and bake or air fry it for 4-5 mins in an air fryer or microwave oven.
  • Sprouts will turn crunchy and crispy.
  • In another bowl mix all the other veggies and crunchy sprouts with the prepared dressing and mix well.
  • Top your salad with roasted peanuts and serve immediately.
