To start this cooking adventure, assemble the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
- One cup of maida
- A half-tsp of baking powder
- One-fourth teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup Ghee, 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar, 2 pinches of salt, and 1 egg
- Vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp
- one-fourth cup milk
Process:
To ensure a nice batter consistency, place the dry ingredients in a container and whisk them together. Beat the sugar and ghee jointly in another bowl until they become soft and airy. Next, add the egg and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined. Finally, stir in the milk.
The dry stuff should be added to the moist mixture gradually and gently mixed until a smooth batter forms. Fill a 6-inch baking pan with the batter and bake. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes after preheating the oven for ten minutes. On the other hand, if you are baking on gas cook for forty to forty-five minutes.
