What's your go-to breakfast dish to start your day?
I'm really into avocado toast lately, usually paired with black coffee. It's the perfect start!
What's your favorite comfort food, and why does it bring you joy?
Dal, curd rice, and also fry—nothing feels more like home. It's my go-to when I'm tired or feeling low, as it gives me a sense of comfort and nostalgia.
What's the best meal you've had recently, and where did you have it?
I had an amazing meal at Izumi in Bandra recently. Their ramen and sushi were fantastic—everything was spot on.
What's one food trend you're excited to try, and why?
Making hot, spicy ramen at home! It's a trend I'm fully embracing because it's both comforting and fun to experiment with.
What's your favorite snack to munch on while working or on the go?
I usually go for roasted makhanas. They're healthy, and the roasted ones taste great too!
What's the most adventurous food you've ever tried, and would you recommend it?
I tend to weird out my friends by mixing salty and sweet, like pairing mithai with namkeen mathri. I'd definitely recommend trying it—it's a fun and tasty combo!
What's your favorite cuisine, and what dish do you always order?
Japanese cuisine is my favorite, hands down. I can't resist ordering spicy miso ramen every time.
What's the one food you can't live without, and why is it a staple in your diet?
Coffee! I can't imagine going without it. Besides that, I'm pretty flexible when it comes to food.
What's your favorite dessert, and do you have a sweet tooth?
Lately, I've been loving chocolate kunafa. I also can't say no to waffles, and yes, I have a definite sweet tooth!
What's the best food advice you've received, and from whom?
My doctor once advised me to avoid heavy lunches and dinners, opting instead for smaller meals every 2-3 hours. It's helped me feel lighter and more energetic throughout the day.
