  • 3 green chilies (adjust to taste)
  • 4 stems of curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 drop of lemon juice (optional)

Method: Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and strain to remove excess water. Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric, and ginger garlic paste. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
  • Dry Roast and Grind Spices: Dry roast the cardamom, cloves, pepper, cumin seeds, nutmeg flowers, nutmeg, coriander seeds, and poppy seeds. Grind these roasted spices into a fine powder and set aside.
