Prepare the stuffing by finely chopping green chili, ginger, garlic, and onion in a chopper, along with coriander and fresh coconut. In a mixing bowl, combine coarsely ground roasted peanuts, besan, and the chopped onion-garlic-coriander mixture. Spice it up with haldi powder, Mirchi powder, Dhaniya powder, salt, and optionally, Garam masala and sesame seeds. Mix it thoroughly with a tablespoon of oil, then generously fill the capsicums with this flavorful stuffing.

To cook the Bharwa Capsicum, heat oil in a pan and add Jeera and hing. Place the stuffed capsicums in the pan, cooking them on each side until they're partially done. Sprinkle extra masala, drizzle some water, cover the pan, and let the capsicums cook on a low flame for 10 minutes until they're perfectly done. This versatile dish pairs wonderfully with roti, paratha, or rice, making it an ideal tiffin option.
