Ingredients You Need

- 1/2 yellow bell pepper & 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 100 gms paneer (thick slices)
- 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, oregano, chili flakes, cumin powder to taste

- 1 tomato, 1/2 onion, 2-3 green chilies
- 2-3 jalapeño slices, a handful of coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt to taste

- 2 tbsp cream, 1/8 cup milk
- 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tsp oregano, salt
How to Make It?
Prepare the Filling: Sauté the bell peppers well, onions, and paneer with olive oil, butter, and spices until golden brown. Set it aside.
Make the Salsa: Finely chop all the ingredients using a string chopper and mix well.
Create the Cheese Sauce: Heat cream, milk, grated cheese, and oregano until the cheese melts into a smooth rich sauce.
