  • 2 tbsp Green chutney
  • 2 tbsp Imli (tamarind) chutney
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Preparation: Wash the sliced lotus stems thoroughly.
  • Seasoning: In a bowl, combine rice flour, ajwain, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder, and jeera powder. Toss the lotus stem slices in this mixture until they are well coated.
  • Dahi Chutney: In another bowl, mix hung curd, red chilli powder, salt, black salt, jeera powder, green chutney, and imli chutney.
  • Frying: Heat oil in a pan and fry the coated lotus stem slices until they are golden brown and crispy (GBC).
  • Assembling: Place the fried lotus stem chips on a serving plate and top them with a spoonful of the dahi chutney mixture.
