- 1/2 tsp amchoor (dry mango powder)
- 1/4th tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
For the Slaw:
- 1/4th cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- 1/4th cup green chutney
Paneer Tikka Toastie Recipe Process:
Marinate the Paneer:
- Dice the paneer and set aside.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and add the paneer, tossing it well with besan.
- Ensure the paneer is well-coated and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Cook the Paneer:
- Air fry the marinated paneer at 190°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning. Alternatively, bake at 190/200°C for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the Slaw:
- In a bowl, whisk the hung curd with green chutney and salt until smooth.
