Ingredients and Preparation
For the Seed Mix:
1 tsp each of flax seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds

Sattu Mix:
Roast ¾ cup of sattu powder and set it aside.
For the Paste:
Grind 2 medjool dates (add more for extra sweetness) and 4 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter into a smooth paste.
Steps to Make the Protein Bars
- Combine the Seed Mix and Sattu: Mix the roasted seed blend with the sattu powder. Sprinkle in a little elaichi (cardamom) for flavor.
- Form the Paste: Add the date and peanut butter paste to the dry ingredients. If the mixture doesn't bind well, add more peanut butter or a tablespoon of ghee.
- Set and Chill: Press the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 6 hours.
- Cut into Bars: After refrigeration, cut into bite-sized pieces. These bars can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
