Famous chef and food influencer Aruna Vijay brings new and exciting recipes to her One Pot series. This time she serves One Pot Methi Malai, a sweet and simple vegetable soup perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal.

One Pot Methi Malai Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • It's about 1/2
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped ginger
  • 12-15 cashew nuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon melon seeds
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 Green Potatoes
  • Salt of the scent
  • 1 Gulf of Ahaban
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  • Corn cup 1/3
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • Kasuri methi decoration

Method:

  • In a pressure cooker, melt the butter and oil. Then, add chopped ginger, cashews, melon seeds, chopped onion, green pepper, salt, bay leaf, and water. Mix them well.
  • Place a ring in the middle of the cooker and place the tiffin box on top of the ring. In the tiffin box, add the chopped methi leaves and corn.
  • Cover the pressure cooker with its lid and cook for 2 whistles. This will allow the methi and corn to simmer well while the supports cook together.
  • Once cooked, remove the tiffin box, ring, and bay leaf from the cooker. In the cooker, the remaining mixture is then ground into a smooth puree.
  • Add the methi and corn to this puree and mix well. Garnish the dish with kasuri methi.

Your One Pot Methi Malai is now ready to serve. Serve it with hot phulkas for a delicious meal. This recipe is not only quick and easy, but it's also packed with flavors that everyone will love.
