Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Green onion
- Mushroom
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Paneer
- Soy sauce
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
- Spring onion
- Rice paper
How to make Quick Crystal Dumplings
Prepare the Filling:
- Start by sorting the garlic, green garlic white, some mushrooms, carrots, and cabbage. You can use vegetables of your choice.
- Add some Paneer to mix
- After frying the ingredients, add some soy sauce, pepper, chili flakes and spring onion.
Prepare the Wrapper:
- Use rice paper as the wrapper for dumplings.
- Dip the rice paper in water to make it soft, then cut it in half.
- Put a little bit of filling on it and wrap it unevenly to make a unique shape. If it looks a little sloppy, don't worry; it will all come together when steamed.
- Repeat the wrapping process for the rest of the dumplings until all the filling is used.
- Arrange the wrapped dumplings on parchment paper and steam them.
Serving:
- Once the dumplings are nicely steamed, serve them hot with a dipping sauce of your choice and a drizzle of chili oil for an extra kick.
