  • Onion: 1 medium, chopped
  • Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
  • Garlic: 1 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour (atta): 1 cup
  • Water: 1.5 cups or as needed
  • Oil or ghee: as needed for cooking

Instructions:

Mix Ingredients:

  • Begin by adding all the ingredients you normally use to make aloo paratha.
  • Add the cooked and mashed potatoes in a bowl together with some finely chopped garlic, onions, coriander, and chilli flakes, along with wheat flour, salt, and amchur.

Prepare Batter:

  • Mix everything well.
  • To get a batter with a medium consistency, add water as needed.
  • You may also add chopped green chilies if you'd like it spicier.

Cook:

  • Brush oil on a heated pan.
  • Add a tablespoon of batter into the pan.
  • Spread it out and cook well on both sides.
