  • Start by soaking the masoor dal in hot water for at least 4 hours. You can also soak it overnight.
  • Boil the soya chunks until they double in size. After boiling, squeeze the extra water from the soya chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the soaked masoor dal, boiled soya chunks, garlic, green chillies, and salt with little water.
  • Add chopped onions, cilantro leaves, dhaniya powder, garam masala, and rice flour and mix everything well.
