  • Add Sooji: Gradually add the sooji to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Cook the Mixture: Cook until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Shape the Wadas: Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Grease your hands with oil and shape the mixture into small wadas.
  • Fry the Wadas: Deep fry or air fry the wadas until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve: Enjoy the crispy Rava Wada with coconut chutney.
