Herb Corn Rice:

Ingredients: 

  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ⅓ cup boiled corn
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander 

For Pizza Flavoured Gravy: 

  • ¼ cup capsicum
  • ¼ cup red and yellow peppers
  • 3-4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • ¼ cup mayo/cream
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk

Method:

  • Heat a tbsp of olive oil
  • Add chili flakes, oregano, boiled corn, and finely chopped coriander.
  • Add salt according to your taste
  • Mix well and toss in 2 cups of cooked rice.

For Pizza Gravy: 

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Add chopped chili, capsicum, red and yellow peppers and mix it well.
  • Add pizza sauce with mayo, chili powder, and salt.
  • Add milk to adjust the consistency.

Mix them together and enjoy the delicious 15-minute pizza rice bowl.
