Indian Food Is Picking Up Globally, says Chef Shipra Khanna

Chef Shipra Khanna is the winner of 'MasterChef India' Season 2. Shipra is a global television personality, consultant, and social worker. She was also instrumental in working with various fundraisers during Covid to assist in any help that could enable healing for most suffering lives.

She has represented India in the World Tapas Competition in Spain, where she did a Masterclass on a fusion of Indian and Spanish tapas in association with the Indian embassy as part of the competition.

Her latest achievement was when she was recently invited to curate a menu for a royal family's private party with 200 guests, such as Dukes, Duchesses, Counts, and Countesses.

The event theme was 'Fireball (India in Kitzbuhel, Austria),' Chef Shipra Khanna was the first Indian chef to curate a menu for such a prestigious gathering. Her culinary skills and expertise amazed and delighted the guests, making the event a huge success.

On the same, Shipra said, "Indian food is picking up globally, and my spice trail, an exploration of cuisine across the globe, has covered over 50 countries .. & there's more in the pipeline! For me, nothing mimics life better than the art of cooking. To cook, for me, is to live life every moment."
