Healthy Snack: Try This Sautd Veggies Mix Chat

Ingredient:
- Almond ½ cup
- Cashew ½ cup
- Raisins ½ cup
- Peanuts ½ cup
- Fox nuts/ Makhana 1 cup
- Red bell pepper ½ cup
- Brocolli few florets
- Baby corn 4-5 diced
- Peas 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice
- Oil 1 tbsp
Steps to Follow:
- Soak almonds and cashews in water for 30-40 minutes and keep it aside.
- Meanwhile, stream broccoli florets, baby corn and boil peas. Also roast the peanut and fox nuts till they are crunchy.
- Heat some oil in a pan and saute the soaked almonds and cashews for 6-7 minute.
- Then add bell peppers and saute for another 2-3 minutes and bell peppers should be crispy and not turn soft.
- Switch off the flame and add salt to taste, black pepper powder, and chaat masala.
- Top it with some lemon juice and mix well.
Your veggies dry fruit chaat is ready to be served. Serve immediately and enjoy.
