This recipe finds a solution to prove that pizza can be both healthy and tasty because it is full of protein along with other nutrients that will keep you full for a long time.

Ingredients

For filling:

  • 200 g paneer cubed
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 6-7 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 5-6 basil leaves

For the pizza base:

  • 4 green bell peppers
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp black olives, sliced
  • Thick red chillies, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation of paneer filling:

  • Heat some oil in a pan and sauté paneer cubes with red chilli powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Cook the veggies:

  • In the same pan, heat a little oil and add garlic. You can add some sliced onions and mushrooms and anything else you might like. Sprinkle salt, red chili flakes, and fresh basil leaves. Mix properly. Add your pizza sauce with the cooked paneer and everything together.

Stuff the capsicum:

  • Cut the green bell peppers in half, removing the seeds. Stuff each with the prepared filling, then top with mozzarella cheese, black olives, and chopped red chilies.

Cook the capsicum pizza:

  • Place the stuffed capsicums in a pan. Add a little water in the pan, cover it, and steam in that pan until the capsicums are tender and the cheese melts out.
