Step-by-Step Easy Method:
Step 1: Making Authentic Techa
In a pan, dry-roast garlic, peanuts, green chillies, and salt over medium heat until fragrant and slightly charred. Now, coarsely grind these roasted ingredients with lemon juice and fresh coriander. For best texture, use a mortar-pestle or pulse briefly in a grinder, ensuring it stays rustic and coarse.
