It is often said if your stomach is healthy your day is happy, with an unhealthy stomach it can surely lead to many complications. Dr. Snehal Adsule (MD) shared her personal experience and insights on gut health in a heartfelt and informative reel. During her five years in a hostel for medical studies, she faced the common challenge of eating mess food, which negatively impacted her gut health. Gas, bloating, acidity, and stomach aches became a constant struggle.
However, during her internship, Dr. Snehal took charge of her gut health by making conscious changes to her eating habits. Many of her clients reported improvements within three weeks of starting a diet focused on traditional Indian foods.
