First, assemble your ingredients: Four tomatoes, six garlic cloves, half a cup of colourful bell peppers, one onion, oil, lemon, salt, chilli powder, and new coriander leaves. Heat a pan and add a small amount of oil to start. Cut the tomatoes in halfway and add these to the pan. Cook, covered, until the tomato are cooked through and tender.

After the tomatoes are cooked, take off the tops and place them in a bowl or platter. Add the garlic cloves to the same pan and roast until golden brown, absorbing a deep, smoky flavour. After that, crush the roasted garlic and incorporate it into the tomato dish.

The other components should now be added: finely chopped onion, vibrant peppers, salt, chilli powder, oil, lemon juice, and newly sliced coriander leaves. Make sure that all of the flavours are beautifully blended by mixing everything together thoroughly.
